- COMBINED SYNOPSIS SOLICITATION FOR COMMERCIAL ITEM (IAW FAR 12.603 (c). (i) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. * THIS ANNOUNCEMENT CONSTITUTES THE ONLY SOLICITATION. * Proposals are requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (ii) This solicitation/synopsis reference number is FE441862210201and is being issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). (iii) This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-12, effective 4 Aug 2006. (iv) This acquisition is solicited for 100% small business set aside. The associated NAICS code is 423910 with a size standard of 100. (v) Contractors shall submit a lump sum quote for the KEGEL Standard Elite Lane Machine. All responsible sources may submit a proposal, which shall be considered. (vi) Description of Requirement: 1. Kegel MFG Model Number ? 17-5300 QTY - 1 TOTAL COST: The government may request specifications on samples for any "or equal" offers All items are Brand Name or equal.
