- Description
- The Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms, and Explosives (ATF) intends to negotiate on a Sole Source basis with Global Chemical Data Inc. (DBA) ChemWatchNA, Nashville, VA 37204 to procure: 1 year of ChemWatch Gold2 Annual Subscription. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes. A determination by the Government to not compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received from interested parties will be considered soley for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR Part 6.302. This procurement is a total Small Business Set-Aside and an award will be made utilizing the simplified acquisition procedures under FAR Subpart 13.5. The vendor must currently be registered in the Central Contactor Registration Database at www.ccr.gov to receive this award. Closing date for this requirement is August 24, 2006 2:00pm EST.
