- Description
- This modification announces the posting of The Defense Threat Reduction Agency, Chemical and Biological Technical Advisory and Assistance Services (A&AS) Solicitation to FEDBIZOPPS and the DTRA website: http://www.dtra.mil/business_opp/procurement/cbaandas. The objective of this solicitation is to acquire advisory and assistance services for DTRA in support of chemical and biological technology-related research, planning, designing, developing, implementing, integrating, testing, applying, and evaluating emerging and mature technologies and developing and transitioning capabilities to DTRA customers. Questions will be accepted for the next two weeks, through close of business June 6, 2006. Questions will only be accepted via e-mail at CB.AAS@dtra.mil. The answers will be posted to FEDBIZOPPS and the DTRA website: http://www.dtra.mil/business_opp/procurement/cbaandas. Formal source selection procedures will be followed as prescribed in FAR 15, DFARS and DTRA policies. The contract is contemplated to be Indefinite-Delivery/Indefinite-Quantity with three multiple contract types, i.e. firm-fixed-price, cost-plus-fixed-fee, and cost-plus-award-fee ordering arrangement. A single contract may be awarded under full and open competition with an anticipated total ceiling of $100 million. The contract period of performance is 60 months. Proposals are due not later than 3:00 PM Eastern Standard Time June 22, 2006 at the location specified in Section L of the solicitation. Issuance of this solicitation does not obligate the Government to contract award. The Government is not liable for any costs incurred in responding to this solicitation.
