- Description
- The Amendment 0001 to Solicitation HDTRA1-06-R-0003 is posted. The purpose of this amendment is to revise the following in Solicitation HDTRA1-06-R-0003: a. Page 1, Item 9, hours of the solicitation is revised. Section A is revised to change the time for delivery from 3:00 PM to 12:00 (noon) PM. b. Establish that travel will be billed at cost plus G&A without fee or profit. In doing so, Section H, H9 has been added; and Section L, Section 7.4 has been revised to include 7.4.2. c. This requirement's NAICS code is changed from 541990 to 541710. Specifically, Section K, Clause 52.204-8 is revised. d. Section L, 1.3.5.3 is revised to add the OCI Mitigation Plan (all of Volume IV) and delete the Past Performance Qestionnaire Point of Contact List. e. In Section L, 1.1.5 Access to Proprietary Information/Organizational Conflict of Interest is added. f. Section L, 5.0 Volme IV - Organizational Conflict of Interest Mitigation Plan is revised.
