Interested parties should make their submissions by September 29, 2006. This requirement will be fulfilled on a sole-source basis in accordance with FAR 6.302-1, only one responsible source. The period of performance will be one (1) year from date of award. The purchase order will be granted in accordance with simplified acquisition procedures. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.
