Description

Subject to final approval, the Bureau of the Public Debt on behalf of the Department of Homeland Security, Office of the Inspector General (DHS/OIG) intends to award on a sole-source basis, a simplified acquisition to 1120 Vermont Avenue Associates, LLP, 1120 Vermont Avenue NW, Suite #900, Washington, DC 20005 for repairs and surveys on floors 11 and 12 of 1120 Vermont and for the cost of heat and air conditioning during weekends. 1120 Vermont Avenue Associates is the lessor of the building and does not allow other vendors to perform these services in their building. NO SOLICITATION DOCMENT IS AVAILABLE. Public Debt will consider all affirmative responses received no later than September 22,2006 at 2:00 P.M. EST. A request for more information or a copy of the solicitation will not be considered an affirmative response. If no affirmative response is received that clearly demonstrates the ability to meet all requirements and that is more advantageous to the Government, BPD will make a sole-source award to 1120 Vermont Avenue Associates.
