- The Space and Naval Warfare Systems Center (SPAWARSYSCEN) Charleston intends to issue a sole source contract to Blue Arc Corp, 50 Rio Robles, San Jose, CA 95134-1806 for a Titan Storage System. The system will consist of one (1) Titan 2100 16x 500 GB SATA disk and one (1) Titan 2100 32x 500GB SATA disk. The system is approved for all levels of information up to TOP SECRET and is the only cryptographic unit that is certified for use in the Joint Worldwide Intelligence Communications Systems (JWICS) network. This requirement will result in a Firm Fixed Price type contract in the estimated amount of $286,894.00. The NAICS code is 334112 and the size standard is 1000 employees. NO SOLICITATION WILL BE MADE AVAILABLE AS A RESULT OF THIS ANNOUCEMENT. THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS.
