- The Pacific Northwest Region, Bureau of Reclamation, 1150 N Curtis Rd, Boise, ID 83706-1234, will issue Request for Quotation (RFQ) 06SQ107940 using FAR Part 13 procedures on September 19, 2006. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this requirement is 541511 and the size standard is $21.0 million. Only a narrow window is available for submission of offers in response to this RFQ. Offers are due by midnight MDT, September 25, 2006. Reclamation is progressively developing a comprehensive GIS database of its lands and realty records (including Reclamation outgrants, fee simple acquisitions, and public land withdrawals) for its irrigation projects across the Pacific Northwest Region. The tasks covered by this RFQ will continue this effort for real property conveyed to the United States from Talent Irrigation District by Quitclaim Deed dated September 7, 1960 (Instrument No. 497718, Volume 495, Page 375 recorded in Jackson County, Oregon). The purpose of these tasks is to create a geospatial representation and database of the real property interests conveyed in the above referenced Quitclaim Deed as a continuation of the lands GIS database development for Reclamation's Rogue River Basin Project, Oregon.
