- Western Regional Contracting Office, MEDCOM intends intends to request quotes to procure 1 (each) Titanium Modular Handset System. The RFQ W91YU0-06-T-0044 will be posted on 20 September 2006, with a closing date of 27 September 2006. This RFQ is b eing issued using Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP). The minimum salient characteristics of products offered shall meet or exceed the physical and functional characteristics of the Synthes brand name product.
