- The Portland District Corps of Engineers intends to award a contract for the demolition of the 130-ton Intake Gantry Crane at the Bonneville Lock & Dam First Powerhouse. In addition to the demolition, this contract will also allow for the removal of nineteen intake gates and ten hydraulic cylinders from the powerhouse. In accordance with the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program (FAR 19.10) this procurement shall go out unrestricted. The small business size standard for this procurement is $13,000,000. This solicitation package (technical data package) wil l be issued in electronic format only on FedTeDS at https://www.fedteds.gov/fedteds/start.nsf/frm.VendorLogin?OpenForm&SolicitationNumber on or about 6 November 2006 with proposals due on or about 7 December 2006.
