- TACOM Life Cycle Management Command-Rock Island intends to negotiate on sole source basis with eServ LLC, 8200 N ALLEN Road, Peoria, IL for the revison of 200 each 3-D drawing that were developed by eServ for the Aviation Intermediate Maintenance (A VIM) Armament/Electric Shop TDP. Acquisition is being conducted under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. Only one responsible source and no other supplies/services will satisfy the agency requirement. This notice is not a request for proposals but is being p rovided for subcontracting opportunities only. However, interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. All information/proposals received by COB 22 Sep 2006 will be considered by the Gover nment. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whe ther to conduct a competitive procurement.
