- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Electronic Proving Ground, Fort Huachuca, Arizona is soliciting proposals for the following requirement: 2 each, Vision Tek Radeon X1300 XGE 512MB DDR2 Graphics Card; 5 each, CF-29VDR 291U CD-RW/DVD-ROM (Combo) Burner for CF-29; 5 each, 40GB Hard Drive w/MS Windows 2000 (FBCB2 Applique); 2 each, Samsung 960BF Pearl White 19 in; 5 each, CF-29WMBA501G 1GB Memory for CF-29; 4 each, Firelite 100GB USB Hard Drive, PN: USBFLB100; 3 each, CF-1 8 AC Adapter, PN: CF-AA1623A; 3 each, LI-ION BATTERY PACK for CF-29 PN: CGR-B/956A; 4 each, Sandisk 4GB Micro Cruzer, SDCZ64096A10; 1 each, Fireberd 6000A. FOB Destination (Fort Huachuca, Arizona 85613). Payment will be made by Government Credit Card u nder Net 30 Terms. Offers are due no later than 1200 hours, Friday, 22 September 2006 and shall be submitted electronically at virginia.miller@epg.army.mil. EVALUATION CRITERIA / PROCEDURES: Offers will be evaluated based on the following best value crite ria in descending order of importance: Meeting the Requirement, Proposed Delivery Schedule, Past Performance and Price. The Synopsis/ solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2001-22 and 2001-23. This is a Small Business Set Aside. The NAICs is 334111. All Electronic and Information Technology will be Section 508 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973 compliant. The following FAR provisions apply to this acquisition: 52.212-1, Instruction to Offerors Commercial items, and 52.212-2, Evaluat ion of Commercial Items, applies to the acquisition. Offerors shall include a completed copy of FAR provision 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications Commercial Items, and furnish Offeror's Federal Tax Identification Number, Cage Code, Cen tral Contractor Registration Number, DUNS Number and applicable FSC Codes with this offer.
