- The following is a presolicitation notice in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 5.2. The Army Reserve Contracting Center (ARCC) Devens Satellite Office intends to issue a Request for Quote (RFQ), W912CD06T0170, for the following it ems. In accordance with the Statement of Work, contractor is to provide all equipment, labor, materials, plant, supervision, tools, and transportation to upgrade the existing latrines in building 680 at Devens Reserve Forces Training Area, MA. The buildi ng has 2 floors and a basement. In total there are 3 male latrines, 2 female latrines, and 1 slop sink. Contractor will commence work within 10 calendar days after Notice to Proceed and have 180 calendar days to complete the work. Award shall be made to the single responsive, responsible contractor whose total aggregate price is low. The relevant codes are: Federal Supply Class (FSC) Z111, North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) 238220, and Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) 1711. This acquisition will be issued unrestricted with regard to business size standard. The magnitude of this project is between $25,000 and $100,000. Companies must have a Federal Tax Identification Number (TIN) and be registered with Dun & Bradstreet (DUNS) and Central Contractor Registration (CCR). The closing date for the RFQ will be Thursday 28 Sep 06. Potential quoters are responsible for monitoring the ASFI and FedBizOpps websites for the RFQ package and any subsequent amendments.
