Description: Non personal services: Contractor shall provide all necessary personnel, supervision, management, tools, equipment, transportation, materials and any other items or services necessary for preparation and restoration work to replace, install, and test defective controls located in Bldg 2066 at Yokota AB, Japan in accordance with the attached Statement of Work (SOW), applicable Japanese law(s) and commercial standards. NOTE: THIS PROJECT WILL BE PERFORMED IN ITS ENTIRETY IN THE COUNTRY OF JAPAN. THE SUCCESSFUL OFFEROR MUST BE LICENSED AND REGISTERED TO PERFORM WORK IN THE COUNTRY OF JAPAN.
