- **THIS IS AN UNFUNDED REQUIREMENT SUBJECT TO THE AVAILABILITY OF FUNDS.** This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition circular (FAC) 2005-12. This solicitation is issued as Request for Quotation (RFQ) No. FA7012-06-T-0085. This is a total 100% Small Business Set-Aside. The North American Industry Classification System code is 314999 at 500 employees size standard. LINE ITEM 0001: T.C. Electronic System 6000 Mainframe - 8 Channel DIG I/O and TC ICON, Mfg. UNIT PRICE: $_______________, EXTENDED AMOUNT: $______________. LINE ITEM 0003: HOSA DBK-258 AES/EBU I/O CABLE - 25-PIN AES/EBU D-SUB TO 4-XLR MALE AND 4-XLR FEMALE, 16.5 ft., QTY: 03 EA, **OR EQUAL**. UNIT PRICE: $___________, EXTENDED AMOUNT: $_____________ .
