- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The reference number is F3Z4536136A900; this solicitation is a request for quotation. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-12 and Defense DCN 20060808. This acquisition will be unrestricted; the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 621511. The business size standard is unrestricted. The Federal Supply Class (FSC) is Q301. The Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) is 8071. This request for quotation consists of the following items: Item 0001: Provide Flow Cytometry (FC) for Leukemia/Lymphoma evaluation, HIV staging, complement fixation (CF) and immunodiffusion (ID) testing for the Coccidioides antibodies for the period of 1 Oct 2006 through 30 Sep 2007. This work is to be done in accordance with the Performance Work Statement (PWS). Please e-mail Matthew Gross (info at the bottom) for a copy of the PWS.
