- This is a NOTICE OF INTENT to award to a sole source. The following applies: 12 months Reagent Kit is used with the BD Probetec Chlamydia trachmatis and Neisseria gonorrhea DNA Amplified Assays. The BD Probe Tec System utilizes proprietary Strand Displacement Amplification Technology. The NAICS code is 621511 and size standard is $12,500,000. All terms and conditions required by the Contracting Officer are applicable. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotations. A determination not to compete this requirement is within the discretion of the Government. Any response to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence that competition would be advantageous to the Government in future procurements. Responses to this notice must be submitted within three days after this electronic posting.
