- UPDATE: 09/19/2006 Posting of Amendment 2. This is an UNRESTRICTED ACQUISITION. Full and Open Competition. The contractor must be registered in the CCR prior to award of contract. Registration may be completed via the DUNNS+CCR website: http://www.ccr.gov/. NAICS: 236220, SIZE STANDARD $31M. Upgrade/Modernize East Side First, Facility 20065 Area B, WPAFB. Project scope includes furnishing all materials and perform all labor required to upgrade and modernize the east side first floor , Facility 20065, including associated architectural, civil structural, mechanical, plumbing, electrical, and miscellaneous work as shown on the project drawings as described un the specifications. The site of the work is Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, Ohio. A Request for Proposal including Performance/Price Tradeoff criteria is anticipated to be used. Estimated cost of proposed acquisition is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000 NOTES: 1. The solicitation, specifications, and drawings will be available on the WWW on or about 30 July 2006. Hard copies of the solicitation will NOT be provided; however, you may download and print the file from the World Wide Web (www) at: http://fedbizopps.gov/ 2. A registration page will be attached to the web site. You are not required to register. However, when you register, you will receive notice of any amendments and/or addenda that may be issued to the solicitation. It will be your responsibility to check the web site for any changes to the solicitation. 3. You shall provide a signed copy of the SF 1442 at the time and place specified in the solicitation for bid opening. Bids will not be publicly opened. Sealed envelopes containing bids shall be marked to show the bidder's name and address, the solicitation number, and the date and time proposals are due. 4. Contractors that are Debarred, Suspended, or Proposed for Debarment are excluded from receiving contracts. Agencies also shall not consent to subcontract with these contractors. The current status is Pre-Solicitation and it is a Category Z-Maintenance, repair and alteration of real property program. NAICS Code 236220 Dollar Amount $ 1,000,000 to $ 5,000,000 over the life of the program.
