Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is issued as a request for quotes (RFQ). Submit written offers (oral offers will not be accepted), on RFQ F2U3046193AA00. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2001-14 and Defense Acquisition Circular 91-13. This procurement is being issued as 100% small business set-aside. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 333415 and the size standard of 750 employees applies to this procurement. The requirement is provide one heating unit and one A/C unit for the Advanced Containment Systems Inflatable Shelter QF2020 along with the required ductwork. The part number for the heater is SH900 and for the A/C unit is QFAC30. FOB Destination to Luke Air Force Base, Arizona 85309. The provision at FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors--Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition. The evaluation will be based on low price offer.
