- Replace Offutt Inn Doors Bldg 479 at Offutt AFB, NE. The scope of this project is covered by a statement of work, which is available on this website. The work includes the furnishing of all labor; materials and equipment for the replacement of 16 existing steel doors and frames in building 479, Offutt Inn at Offutt AFB NE. The work is to be completed within 160 calendar days after award of contract. The Government reserves the right to cancel the solicitation either before or after the closing date. All solicitation documents and amendments are available in electronic format on this website. All potential offerors are reminded, in accordance with DFARS 252.204-7004, Required Central Contractor Registration (CCR), lack of registration in CCR will make offeror ineligible for award. NAICS Code 332321, SBA Size Standard 500 employees. In accordance with FAR 52.212-3, and FAR 52.212-3 Alt 1 the offerors must also have current Online Representations and Certifications Application (ORCA) to be eligible for award. THIS PROCUREMENT HAS BEEN SET ASIDE 100% COMPETITIVE SMALL BUSINESS. OFFERORS ARE ADVISED TO MONITOR THIS SITE FOR FURTHER INFORMATION. A site visit will be held on 21 Sep 06 A 10:00 A.M. The Government encourages attendance in order for the offeror?s to take measurements and fully realize the scope of work for this requirement. The Government will not reimburse or be liable for any expenses incurred by the attendee to include but not limited to travel expenses, lodging, or per diem. Attendees will meet at the following date, time, and location and be escorted onto Offutt AFB. Bellevue Welcome Center, 1600 Arboretum, Hwy 370/Fort Crook Road, Bellevue, NE on Thursday, 21 Sep 2006 at 10:00 A.M. local time. In order to gain access to the Government installation, attendee must provide the following information no later than 20 Sep 06 at 3:00 P.M. local time. Name (as indicated on drivers license), Company represented (name and address), Does you company have access to Base? Due to transportation restrictions, a maximum of one person per company will be allowed to attend the site visit. Failure to submit required information by the stated deadline will result in denial of access to the installation.
