- The North Florida/South Georgia Veterans Health System, VA Medical Center, Gainesville, FL intends to negotiate a sole source procurement with Data Sciences International, Inc., 4211 Lexington Avenue North, St. Paul, MN 55126. VA is interested in seeking additional sources for the procurement of a telemetry blood pressure monitoring system that is equivalent to DSI?s Model DQ ART 4.0 Platium CM including 24 each Model TA11PA-C10 Pressure and Activity warranted battery life 1.5 month;magnetic on/off switch, Typical cage size: 33 x 33 x15cm: 24 each Model TA11PA-C40, Pressure & Activity warranty battery life: 4 months; magnetic on/off switch;Typical cage size 42 x 42 x 25cm: 24 each Receiver for plastic cages w/ 4m cable Model RPC-1: 2 each Dataquest A.R.T. Data Exchange matrix w/ 4m cable: 2 each Power Supply for A.R.T. (for both 110V and 220V): 1 each Dataquest Acquisition & Analysis System A.R.T. w/computer & monitor Model DQ ART 4.0 Platium CM: 1 each 12 month software upgrade agreement for DQ ART Platium Pressure reference provides an independent measurement of ambient pressure. The data acquisition system uses this measurement to compensate for changes in barometric pressure Model APR-1: 1 each no charge Starter Kit PA-C10 and Starter Kit PA-C40: Set up - no charge Installation & Training (1/2 day).
