- The North Florida/South Georgia Veterans Health System, VA Medical Center, Gainesville, FL intends to negotiate a sole source procurement with Carl Zeiss Surgical, 1 Zeiss Dr. Thornwood, NY 10594. VA is interested in seeking additional sources for the procurement of a Zeiss Palm Laser Micro Dissection System Palm CombiSystem double beam 2 X 3D, 3W including: Lasers and laser interface assembly, microscope, microscope stand and optics, palm workstation and software, video camera, optional accessories and attachments, Recognition Software and additional cutting objective and LCM accessories. Business concerns who are interested in participating in this procurement by providing equal equipment shall respond to this announcement NO LATER THAN SEPTEMBER 25, 2006 by 1:00pm local time.
