- Department of Veterans Affairs, John D. Dingell VA Medical Center, 4646 John R. Street, Detroit, MI 48201 is seeking requests for quotes to provide, one each Portable Thermal Imaging System to include a Radiometric Camera and all accessories (system must have infrared camera), one each High Temperature Calibration to 2000 C, one each High Resolution LCD Display, and one each Heads Up Display for camera. All items must interface with Spyglass view ports that are already installed on station at the VAMC Detroit. Price quote shall include GSA/FSS contract number and expiration date if applicable, shipping cost, and warranty information. Please provide literature and specification information for quoted products. Pricing must be submitted with proposal. Offeror must complete and return all information designated in 52.212-1(b) Instructions to Offers - Commercial Items.
