- Contractor shall be responsible for all aspects of furniture installation, service, reconfiguration, cleaning, moving and the inventory control of excess furniture. Contractor shall have a minimum of three years of knowledge and experience with Herman Miller, Herman Miller Milcare, Steelcase 9000, Steelcase Wood, Kimball Cetra, Kimball Wood, Artopex, Midmark Hospital Exam Tables, chairs and cabinetry. Contractor shall have a minimum of three years of experience in a Hospitals setting and daily operations with reference to code situations and patients. Contractor shall have hospital security clearance and is required to wear a hospital ID badge at all times. Contractor is required to work with the VA Contracting Officers Technical Representative (COTR) or his/her designee.
