- The Department of Veterans Affairs located in Dayton Ohio intends to award a purchase order to TVI Corporation Glenn Dale MD for the following on a non-competitive single source basis. 6 EA - Drive Thru Field Hospital Shelter, P/N SFH-WBA08-ZK-MOD 6 EA - DECON Individual Shelter, P/N SD1-TTB02-GZ-0017 3 EACH - Triage Treatment Shelter, P/N SAL-035-024-12-ZN After completing market research only one source was determined to meet the needs of a fully operation portable surge hospital.   THIS ANNOUNCEMENT IS FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY.     No formal RFQ will be available.     The NAICS for the acquisition is 423390. All responsible sources may submit a quote, which will be considered by the Government.
