Description
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Reference Number PAF-06-0652. The associated North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 443120. Size Standard is 500 employees Immigration & Customs Enforcement (ICE) has a requirement for an integrated Apple video system to be installed and tested in Washington, DC. Fourteen (14) individual line items have been specified for integration, installation and testing. The Government will not consider Brand Name or Equal products in accordance with FAR 52.211-6 because the switch to the Apple Final Cut Pro system will permit ICE to transition to High Definition production plus the system will work with all the software currently being used and the existing camera format. The Government will award on an all or none basis.
