- Description: This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. This solicitation is a small business set-aside. This Solicitation Number HSFEHQ-06-Q-0137 is being issued as a Request for Quotes (RFQ), and the agency intends to award one or multiple purchase orders to meet the stated requirements. One contract may be awarded for each line item, or a single contract may be awarded for all of the items if the total of prices offered for line items results in the lowest overall costs to the Government and the offeror submits a quote on all line items. Multiple purchase orders for a line item will not be awarded. The requested vehicles must an eligible end product in accordance with FAR ?25.4, Trade Agreements. Deliveries under resulting contract(s) must be made within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of award. Specifically, the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) has a requirement for the following line items: Line Item 0001, Quantity 11 each, Truck, 4 -Door Super Crew Cab, 4 X 4, Color White, Automatic Transmission, Bed Liner, Leather Interior, Running Boards, Tool box, Trailer Tow Package, 2 5/16 tow ball, Limited Slip Rear End, 300 Horse Power Minimum, Power Windows, Power Locks, Power Seat Adjustment, Center Console. The trucks will be delivered to the following locations in the following quantities: Qty 2 each - 661 Selfield Road, Selma, AL 36703; Qty 2 each - 3910 Highway 278 West, Hope, AR 71801; Qty 3 each - 11601 PPG Road, Cumberland, MD 21501; Qty 1 each - 2695 Sherwood Forest, Baton Rouge, LA 70814; Qty 1 each - 246 Brooklyn Road, Purvis, MS 39475; Qty 1 each - Bldg. #2384 Dearing Road, Ft. Pickett, VA 23824; Qty 1 - 2890 Woodbridge Ave, Edison, NJ 08837. Line Item 0002, Quantity 56 each, Truck, 4 Door Crew Cab, Dually rear wheel, any color, 4 X 4, Diesel, Automatic Transmission, 410 Limited Slip, 172inch Wheel Base, Power Windows, Power Locks, Tow Package, 2 5/16 Ball and insert, 15,000 lb receiving hitch, Tow Command System, Trailer Tow Mirrors, Running Boards, Tool Box 72inch Standard, Leather Interior, Center Console. These vehicles will be delivered to the following locations: Qty 1 each - 661 Selfield Road, Selma, AL 36703; Qty 1 each- 3910 Highway 278 West, Hope, AR 71801; Qty 3 each - 11601 PPG Road, Cumberland, MD 21501; Qty 1 each - 11 Campus Blvd St#200, Newtown Square, PA 19073. HSAR 3052.209-70 Prohibition on Contracts with Corporate Expatriates. Basis for Award: Quotes will be evaluated based on adherence to the stated requirements and awards made to those offerors whose offers contain the lowest prices for a line item, or to the offeror whose offer represents the lowest total overall costs for all line items where the offeror submits offers on all line items. All Quotes must be priced on a FOB Destination basis, and all Quotes must include any applicable taxes.
