- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested. This Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA) acquisition is for a Database index search engine tool to accommodate the Status Reporting and Training Systems (SORTS) and historical database (HSTCDB). FOB: Destination The solicitation number is DGEPR60106. This acquisition is 100% set-aside for small businesses. The NAICS code for this acquisition is 443120. The small business size standard is $8 Million. The requirements for the query search tool are: 1. Run on Solaris 8 and 10 operating systems 2. Support Oracle 8i, 9 and 10g databases 3. Be a web-enabled enterprise-wide solution 4. Support full key word searches 5. Support multi-dimensional searches that can span multiple columns and tables 6. Support high speed dynamic data aggregation (via meta data) 7. Support advance indexes such as Inverted List Indexes, Bitmapped Indexes, and Aggregation Indexes 8. Support instant drill down to detail 9. Support indexing that can be uncoupled from the writing of transactions during large data loads or individual updates 10. Interface with Oracle database security 11. Be transparent to user The quote must include the following: Database index search engine tool. Qty/1. POP is September 29, 2006 to September 28, 2007. Provisions and clauses applicable to this acquisition are as follows: FAR 52.212-4 Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial Items, FAR 52.222-3 Convict Labor, FAR 52.232-17 Interest, FAR 52.232-33 Payment by Electronic Funds Transfer-Central Contractor Registration, FAR 52.233-3 Protest After Award, FAR 52.247-34 F.O.B. Destination, FAR 52.252-2 Clauses Incorporated by Reference, FAR 52.252-6 Authorized Deviations in Clauses, DFARS 252.204-7004 Alternate A, and DFARS 252.232-7003 Electronic Submission of Payment Requests. The following clauses, applicable to this acquisition, are local DISA clauses and all interested offerors may request a copy from the contract specialist: 52.204-9000 Points of Contact and 52.232-9000 Wide Area Workflow-Receipt and Acceptance (WAWF-RA).
