- This constitutes amendment 1 to solicitation number RFQ M-OAA-DHCA-DOFDA-06-1971 issued on August 16, 2006. This requirement is unrestricted and only interested offerors may submit a quote. Please note the following: 1. The RFQ requires that you fill out and include Standard Form 1449 duly signed with quotation. If you are interested in submitting a quotation, please request the form from Claudia Enriquez via e-mail at cenriquez@usaid.gov 2. Technical Requirements and Specifications: There is a typographical error in the original posting which is being clarified below. The run-flat tire systems shall conform to the following specifications: Five standard 16 inch (16") run-flat replacements with wheel profiles: B1170 (16 x 6.5 steel wheel), including inserts and metal valve stems. These replacements need to be compatible with either 275/70 R16 or 235/85 R16 tires. All other terms and conditions remain the same. Please contact Claudia M.
