Description

The U.S. Small Business Administration requires Database, Application, and Web Systems Management and Administration and Commercial Software Administration support to manage, enhance, and orchestrate Client/Server and Web Application delivery among SBA organizations, partners and the public across applications and technology platforms. The SBA intends to issue a Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) award contract of a period of twelve (12) months with four (4) 12-month option periods. The contractor shall provide all management, supervision and labor, and shall plan, schedule, coordinate, and assure effective performance of all projects. NOTE: This procurement is an 8(a) competitive requirement, only 8(a) certified by the SBA can submit a proposal. The question and answer period for this requirement shall commence July 24 2006 and end July 28, 2006. All questions must be emailed no other form of communications is acceptable. You shall not email or fax your proposal all of the latter will be rejected. NOTE: THIS NOTICE MAY HAVE POSTED ON FEDBIZOPPS ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (18-JUL-2006).
