- LEASE SPACE TO THE UNITED STATES GOVERNMENT MARTINSBURG, WEST VIRGINIA The U.S. Government is seeking to lease approximately 58,000 to 63,000 square feet of office and related space in Martinsburg, WV, within the following delineated boundaries: Hwy 81 to the west, Route 9 (Edwin Miller Blvd) to the east and Route 45 to the south. The Government also requires on-site parking for approximately 300 vehicles. The lease will be a 20-year lease, cancelable after the 10th full year of occupancy. The Lessor will be required to provide all build-out, services, and utilities. All inquiries shall include proposed rental rates, a site plan and appropriate zoning.
