- The National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA) intends to obtain technical support for brand name Envoy software. In accordance with FAR 6.302-1(a)(2), the services are available from only one source, the manufacturer of the software, Envoy World Wide or authorized resellers. This software product line is part of the NGA enterprise software. The period of performance is 1 October 2006 through 28 September 2007. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which shall be considered by the agency. All contractors must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) to be eligible for award. Note 22. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for brand name commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in affect through Federal Circular 2005-12. The National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA) intends to issue a purchase order for the following brand name items: Professional Notification Package that includes 5,000 recipients; 5 minute priority delivery for 400 voice and 400 text; messages included per year (Business Continuity messages); US & Canada-voice unlimited, worldwide-text unlimited, professional services customization, Technical Support-Standard to include support hours of 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. EST Monday through Friday. Points of contact up to 2, Severity 1 24x7, Severity 2 through 4 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. EST Monday through Friday, customer issues to include upload problems, bar code, wrong syntax, etc, 2 hours per quarter, 1 hours minimum during business hours/4 hours for after hour support, identified technical support representative, quarterly issues review, conference call, escalation list; training individualized; standard notification types 5; contact devices unlimited; administrations 5; sub-administrations 50; annual customization. The provision at FAR 52.212-1, Instruction to Offerors - Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition. Award will be made on an all-or-none basis with only one award made to the lowest price offeror who meets the requirements for all line items. Offerors are required to submit a completed copy of FAR 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certification -Commercial Items, with their offer. The clause at 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition.
