- THIS NOTICE CONSTITUTES AMENDMENT NO. 2 TO THE COMBINED SYNOPSIS/RFQ FOR SATELLITE UPLINK SERVICES. Companies shall acknowledge all amendment(s) in their quote. This notice serves as the official amendment to subject synopsis/RFQ and a written amendment will not be issued. The purpose of this amendment is to Answer the following questions. 1. Are these programs on tape YES 2. If yes, what format? BETA-SP 3. Will the tapes be sent to our facility? YES 4. Where will the live events take place? There are no live events. 5. Will satellite space be provided? Will it be C-Band or Ku-band? Analog or Digital? The vendor is responsible for securing (i.e., securing and paying for) satellite time in both KU and C-band. The due date for receipt of offers is 12:00 noon EST on 9/19/2006 Companies shall provide the information stated in the synopsis/RFQ posted on the NASA Acquisition Internet Service (NAIS) before 12:00 noon EST 9/19/2006. Documents related to this procurement are available over the Internet. These documents reside on a World Wide Web (WWW) server which may be accessed using a WWW browser application.
