Description

The Library of Congress intends to negotiate a a sole source basis with Blackbaud,2000 Daniel Island Drive, charleston, SC 29492. The requirement is to procure Raiser's Edge Mainenance for the following: The Raiser's Edge 7 (40 users); Tribute 7 for Hono/Memorial Trackaing (40 users); and Relevant 7 for Special Events (40 users)which is used by the Developoment Office to support (track and manage) fundraising activities. Blackbaud are the proprietary owners and manufactures of the Raiser's Edge 7 software. This is a non-competitive requiremnent. NO SOLICITATION EXIST. No telephone calls will be accepted. Written reponses should include prices and technical data sufficient to determine capability. No award willbe based on any offer or proposal received in response to this notice.
