- Description
- The Government intends to procure a firm fixed order on a sole source basis with LRP Publications of Horsham, Pennsylvania who is the manufacturer and sole provider of the CYBERFEDS (on web). Complete library to include Broida/Hadley publications. Subscription includes unlimited access 24 hours per day, 365 days per year for fifty-five (55) concurrent users. Cost to include user guide for each licensed user as well as on-site training. Delivery to begin 01 October 2006 through 30 September 2007. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 516110. The statutory authority for pursuing this action on a sole source basis is 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1), as implemented by FAR 6.302-1. There is only one responsible source able to provide the necessary publication and no other item will satisfy agency requirements. Contracting point of contact is Lovato Ahmad, (757) 443-2060.
