- There is no solicitation. The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service, Contracting and General Services, Portland, OR has a requirement of the continuation of its software license for the government relations sofware package for one year plus four option years for the management of public relations, legisative contacts, and news media. This software will allow to keep continuous communication with legislative activity, committe assignments, lobbying efforts, TV and radio media, local elected officials and interested parties. This synopsis is a notice of intent to issue award using other than full and open competition and is not a request for competitive proposals. The determination of the government is not to open the subject requirement to full and open competion, IAW FAR 6.302-1.
