- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number W91YTV-06-T-0302 is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). This procurement is issued as a 100% Small Business Set-Aside to obtain the maximum amount of competition from all responsible small business concerns. The North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) is 541710; the Standard Industrial Classification Code (SIC) is 8734. This requirement is for a high performance digital imaging system for rodents. The requested model is the DigiGait Digital Imaging System Mode # REL-4504A; Quantity (1) each inclusive of installation and comprehensive training modules and One Year Warranty on parts and labor. Additional Parts required to function with the system are as follows: DigiGait Imaging Software Package- Current Version; DigiGiat Analysis Software Package-Current Version, High speed digital color imaging devise up to 150 frames per second for gait studies in mice, Customized integrated Lighting-uniform hig h-frequency (25kHz) lighting with replaceable lamps that provide high-output, deluxe daylight (5000K) illumination essential to imaging of gait dynamics, Digital Imaging Recorder- high bandwidth real-time videography and storage system, C-Mount 12 mm 2/3 Format Lens, C-Mount 16mm 2/3 Format Lens, C-Mount 25mm 2/3 Format Lens, Heavy-duty motorized variable speed treadmill with durable polyurethane transparent belt, Digital Speed Display-belt speed is shown in cm/s, Includes running compartment for mice an d neonatal rats, Includes running compartment for adult rats and guinea pigs and Rugged non-corroding aluminum frame. Award will be made based on the best overall value for the government.
