Description

This acquisition is for commercial items or services. The US Army Engineer District, Kansas City, ATTN: CENWK-CT, 700 Federal Building 601 East 12th Street, Kansas City, MO 64106-2896 is requesting quotations/pricing per the clin items for various si ze containers needed to support Fort Leavenworths solid waste and recycling materials and residential curb side pickup of bulk items. The price will include a single delivery and pickup of the containers requested in support of various installation functi ons, ceremonies, special events, holidays and emergencies and maintenance and construction needs of the Directorate of Installation Support. Containers include 4 yard, 6 yard, 8 yard front load containers and 20 yard, 30 yard, and 40 yard roll-off type co ntainers. The quanities are estimated. This will be a firm fixed price Indefinite delivery type contract. Basis for award is low price. A contract will be awarded to the responsible offeror responding to this solicitation, who offers the lowest price to all clin bid items. The solicitation will be posted on the Kansas City District website at http://www.fedteds.go v. One must register on the Kansas City District web site in order to receive any quotations. By visiting the following web site, you may download the solicitation. The web address is http://www.fedteds.gov. Bids are due 27 September, 2006 no late r than 2:00 pm (central standard time). OFFEROR REPRESENTATIONS AND CERTIFICATIONS: (ORCA) Prior to quoting, vendors must complete online the Representations and Certifications. To do so requires CCR Registration, including an MPIN number. REQUIRED CCR REGISTRATION: Prior to sbmitting a proposal, vendors must be actively registered in the Central Contract Registration (CCR) system, including creation of an MPIN number. By submission of a proposal, an offeror acknowledges the requirement to be registered in the CCR database prior to award; during performance; and through final payment of any contract resulting from the solicitation.
