- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. We have a requirement for airport lighting and equipment at White Sands Missile Range, NM. The list of items follows: 1. L861 clear, 30W Qtz 14 High w/ 1-1/2 Frangible Coupling, quan tity 57; 2. L861T, Blue, 30W Qtz, 14 , w/ 1-1/2 Frangible Coupling, quantity 30; 3. Mounting Stake with 1.5-12NP, quantity 80; 4. 30/45 Watt 6.6/6.6 Transformer L-830, quantity 80; 5. L823 Primary Connector Kit D4-D4, quantity 80; 6. Heat Shrink Kit, Large 1.3 dia., 15 long, 1 piece glue all the way thruout, quantity 80; 7. 7.5 kw, 240v, 3-Step Flight Light (Formerly Hevi-Duty) CCR, quantity 1; 8. Radio Controlled Receiver with Switching Units to control beacon and lights from aircraft, quant ity 1; 9. 47-L821Control Panel (based on control of 1 three step regulator, 1 five step regulator, 2 windcones, and 1 VASI, quantity 1; 10. 7.5 kw, 240v, 5-Step Regulator Hevi-Duty CCR, quantity 1; 11. Wire, direct burial, high voltage, low wattage, s old by 1,000 ft. rolls, quantity 27. This form should be filled out and accompany your proposal. The Proposal Summary is being used instead of FAR 52.212-3 Offeror Representations and Certifications Commercial Items. Award will be made to a single offeror. This requirement is set aside 10 0% for small business. The applicable NAICS code is 335129 with a small business size standard of 500 employees. The contract type will be fixed price. Quotes will be evaluated on price-related factors and ability to meet the specifications of the synop sis/solicitation. If you are selected, you must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) (http://www.ccr.gov/) in order to receive the award. If you are not in the CCR at the time we are ready to make the award, you will be disqualified . Payment will be made by Government Credit Card.
