Description: The Northern Region Contracting Center-Leavenworth, Fort Leavenworth, KS intends to award a sole-source order to General Dynamics for a Joint Services Workstation-Zulu (JSWS). This equipment and service is in support of the National Simulation Center (NSC). The contractor shall provide a JSWS-Zulu system (hardware, software, installation and interface documentation, and test demonstration data sets) in an operational modified-b aseline configuration. The contractor will conduct training session and provide ongoing JSWS-Z operations and technical support for a period of one year. The Federal Supply Classification (FSC) code for this project is 7371; NAICS code is 541519. Purchase will be made under simplified acquisition procedures under Other than Full and Open Competition as authorized by FAR 6.302-1. This notice is neither a request for competitive proposals nor a solicitation of offers. A determination by the government not t o compete this requirement based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
