- 1) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. THIS ANNOUNCEMENT CONSTITUTES THE ONLY SOLICITATION; PROPOSALS ARE BEING REQUESTED AND A WRITTEN SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ISSUED. THERE IS NO FUNDING CURRENLTY AVAIABLE AND THERE IS NO GAURNTEE FUNDING WILL BE AVAILABLE FOR THIS PROCUREMENT. 2) Solicitation FA5000-06-T-0099 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). 3) The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-11. 4) This is FULL AND OPEN. The NAICS code is 442299, Size standard: $6,500,000.00. 5) Line Item 0001; Qty 424 - EA: 19? round lavatory (white), vitreous china, self rimming to fit faucet, with drain pipe to fit faucet, ADA compliant; Line Item 0002; Qty 424 - EA: 4? single control lavatory, chrome with drain; Line Item 0003; QTY 424 - EA: sink/drawer stack cabinet, wood two door, high density plywood side, 36? wide x 24? deep x 34 ?? tall, color 368-maple and 56-dark cherry; Line Item 0004; Qty 848 - EA: Cabinet Drawer Pulls, round knob, brushed brass; Line Item 0005; Qty 1420 Linear Feet x 24? - EA laminate with back splash, color neutral ? non solid; Line Item 0006; Qty 370 - EA: end caps 24?, color neutral ? non solid to match counter tops. 6) Intention of this procurement is to provide vanities for dorms on Elmendorf AFB. 7) Delivery: FOB ELMENDORF AFB, ALASKA, requested delivery is no later than 17 November 06. 8) FAR 52.212-1 Instructions to Offerors-Commercial, applies to this acquisition. 9) FAR 52.212-2 Evaluation-Commercial items.
