- This is a COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION for commercial acquisition prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued separately. The solicitation number is FA5000-06-T-0088. This solicitation is issued as a Request for Quotes (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated FAR provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-12 and Class Deviation 2005-o0001. The DFARS provisions and clauses are those in effect to DCN 20060908. This is a TOTAL SMALL BUSINESS SET ASIDE under NAICS code 333120. Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, and tools necessary to deliver carbide underbody blade part# BCBCICT754844 or equal dimensions must be 7/8"x5"x48" it takes 3 blades to complete one set for plow or grader, and shipping to Elmendorf AFB, AK. The provision at 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors -- Commercial, applies to this acquisition. The provision at 52.212-2, Evaluation - Commercial Items applies to this acquisition.
