This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is issued as a request for quotes (RFQ). Submit written offers (oral offers will not be accepted), on RFQ F2HHA46234A200. This procurement is being issued as a Firm Fixed Price, in accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR). The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 334210 and the size standard of 1000 employees applies to this procurement. The requirement/item description is as follows: 4 each Aquacom Diver Transceiver & Battery with ear/mic assy. MK-48 charger & battery P/N ssb-1001B. OR EQUAL FOB: Destination for delivery to DEFENSE DISTRIBUTION DEPOT, SAN JOAQUIN WHSE. 30, CCP 25600 SOUTH CHRISMAN ROAD TRACY, CA. 95376. Please include the proposed delivery time. The provision at FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors--Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition. The evaluation will be based on total best value to the Government, price and delivery considered. The clause at FAR 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition. The clause at FAR 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required To Implement Statutes or Executive Orders--Commercial Items, applies to this solicitation. The clause at DFARS 252.212-7001, Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statues or Executive Orders applicable to Defense Acquisition of Commercial Items, applies to this solicitation. To be eligible to receive an award resulting from this solicitation, contractor must be registered in the DoD Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database, NO EXCEPTIONS.
