Description

Pope AFB intends to solicit and award a total small business sole source purchase order to Automated Business Power for TC917 Transceiver Headsets part #0801142: 4Ea. and 0801162: 4Ea. Manufactured by: CEOTronics. The Statutory authority for this sole source purchase is Title 10 U.S.C.2304(c)(1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1. The applicable NAICS is 334290 with a size standard of 750 Employees. Any interested parties, other than CEOTronics, that feels they can satisfy this requirement must identify their interest, experience, and capabilities to satisfy the requirement no later than 22 Sep 2006 at 4:00 PM EST. All interested parties must be registered in the Central Contracting Registration (CCR) database. This notice is for informational purposes only; no formal solicitation will be issued as a result of this announcement. "Funds are not presently available for this contract. The Government?s obligation under this contract is contingent upon the availability of appropriated funds from which payment for contract purposes can be made. No legal liability on the part of the Government for any payment may arise until funds are made available to the Contracting Officer for this contract and until the Contractor receives notice of such availability, to be confirmed in writing by the Contracting Officer."
