Description

The 96th Contracting Squadron, Eglin AFB, Florida intends to solicit and award a Firm-Fixed Price, Sole Source Contract to Raytheon Corporation. The said contract is for a camera chip. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes. A determination by the Government not to compete with this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. The announcement number is F1TBBB6255A100. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 344111, size standard 1000 Employees. The requirement consists of the following item: CLIN 0001, (1 EA) CHIP, L WIR Focal Plane Array FPA Model #SB271. CLIN 0002, (2 EA) Shipping. The proposed contract action is for supplies for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302(a)2.
