- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number F1B3Y1623A100 is hereby issued as a Request for Quote. The incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-12 4 Aug 06. This acquisition is 100% set aside for small business concerns and is under North American Industry Classification Standards (NAICS) code 332323, with less than 500 employees. This item is an End of Year (EOY) Purchase, funding may or may not be made available for purchase. All quotes for this item will need to remain valid until October 1, 2006. Statement of Need is as follows: Crowd control fence must be 8 ft wide/ 42? min height, gavenized steel with 2 flat feet, and must be interlocking and stackable. Please price separate CLINs as: 100 each section of fence, Up to 200 setions of fence, Up to 300 sections of fence, Up to 400 sections of fence, Up to 450 sections of Fence.
