- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. A quote is being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. FUNDS ARE NOT CURRENTLY AVAILABLE FOR THIS REQUIREMENT; HOWEVER, A REQUEST FOR FUNDING IS INCLUDED IN THE FY06 END OF YEAR SPEND PLAN. AWARD IS CONTINGENT UPON FUNDS BECOMING AVAILABLE ON OR BEFORE SEPTEMBER 30, 2006. ALL QUOTES NEED TO BE VALID UNTIL SEPTEMBER 30, 2006. Solicitation number F1B3R36249A100 is hereby issued as a Request for Quote for Photo Printer Upgrade. The incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-12. This acquisition is a 100% set aside for small business and is under North American Industry Classification System code 423410, with a small business size standard of 100 Employees. A Firm-Fixed-Price purchase order will be issued in writing.
