- To all concerns, this requirement will be posted as a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. The procurement consist of providing all equipment, tools, materials, supplies, and any other items to provide 100 Low-Lead Aviation Fuel and Jet-A Aviation Fuel for Seymour Johnson AFB. The applicable NAICS code is 324110 with a small business size of 1500 Employees. It is anticipated that the solicitation will be issued electronically on or about September 19, 2006- on Federal Business Opportunities web page at http://www.eps.gov. Paper copies will not be available. Once the solicitation is posted, it is incumbent upon the interested parties to reveiw this site frequently for any updates/amendments to any and all documents. Any prospective contractor must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) in order to be eligible for award. Registration requires applicants to have a DUNS number from Dun and Bradstreet. Registration may take up to three weeks to process.
