Description
(i) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and written solicitation will not be issued. (ii) Request for Quote (RFQ) F3F0CP6254A100 is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items. This combined synopsis/solicitation is issued as a RFQ. Submit written offers only, oral offers will not be accepted. All firms or individuals responding must be registered with the Central Contractor Registration (CCR). (iii) This combined synopsis/solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-12 and through Department of Defense Acquisition Regulation Change Notice 20060908. It is the contractor?s responsibility to be familiar with applicable clauses and provisions. Clauses and provisions can be found at: http://farsite.hill.af.mil/vffar1.htm (iv) This procurement is being issued as 100% Small Business Set-Aside. North American Industrial Classification Standard: 334310; Small Business Size Standard: 750 (v) CLIN (0001) Audio Visual for Battle Staff AudioVisual system with the ability to project three separate screens simultaneously. Video: Three video projectors, plus mounting hardware, with the ability to project at least ten inputs (NIPRNET computer, SIPRNET Computer, video (TV/Satellite), CCTV (flight line camera), DVD, VCR, document camera, ect) to at least six outputs (three main projectors and 3 future projector/monitors) located on a central control box. Three projection screens, largest possible, mounted on the wall. Each projector need to be able to operate for extended periods of time (48+ hours) without shutting down and must have one spare bulb for each projector. Audio: Recessed speakers in the drop ceiling located in the main battle staff room, senior battle staff room and the EA cell that project the sound from the central control box. Each room must have the ability to control its volume separately from controls within the individual rooms. There must be a microphone located at the front of the room for the briefer to use and a microphone located at the commanders desk in the senior battle staff room. The microphone must have the ability to override the audio from all the inputs on the switching matrix. CLIN (0002) Security Cameras Four outdoor CCTV cameras with monitors located at Bldg 1501. All cameras must be wide angle lens, color, and be pan, tilt, zoom. They must be controlled from the EA cell inside bldg 1501. (vii) FOB-Destination for delivery to: Bldg 1501 Mountain Home AFB, ID 83648. Delivery NLT 23 February 2007. Responsibility and Inspection: Unless otherwise specified in the contract or purchase order, the supplier is responsible for the performance of all inspection requirements and Quality Control (QC). (viii) (ix) The Government will award a firm-fixed price contract resulting from this combined synopsis/solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the synopsis/solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered. Award shall be based on All or None and Best Value to the Government. Best value can include but is not limited to price, delivery date, and technical capability. (ix) The clause at FAR 52.212-4 Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition. FAR 52.212-4 addendum is also included.
