- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Request for Quotations number USSS0102539 is issued as a Request for Quotations (RFQ) through Federal Acquisition Circular 05-12. This action is unrestricted and only interested offerors may submit a quote. Offerors must quote all or none. The NAICS code is 541512. The U.S. Secret Service (USSS) has a requirement for the following: LINE ITEM NO. 0001, QUANTITY OF 1500 EACH, Manufacturer Part No. AUT0001500E, RSA Enterprise Authentication Manager User License for Server License # 99722894. LINE ITEM NO. 0002, QUANTITY OF 1500 EACH, Manufacturer Part No. SID700-6-60-36-1500, RSA SecurID 3yr SID700 Keyfob Token for Server License # 99722894. LINE ITEM NO. 0003, QUANTITY OF 5000 EACH, Manufacturer Part No. AUT0005000BE12, RSA 1yr SecurCare Extended 24x7 Maintenance for Server License # 99722894. Evaluation Factors: The Government intends to award a firm, fixed price purchase order to the responsible offeror whose proposal, conforming to the Request for Quotation as provided herein, is lowest price. The Contractor shall deliver the complete quantity, FOB Destination, with all freight included in the delivered price, within ten(10) days of purchase order award. Delivery to DC metro area (to be specified at time of award). The following FAR Provisions and Clauses are applicable unless otherwise noted: HSAR 3052.209-70, Prohibition on Contracts with Corporate Expatriates; 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors?Commercial Items; 52.212-2, Evaluation ?
